Property Description

84 storage units of various sizes from 5x10 to 10x30. Storage is well lighted by 8 each 400W metal halide lights on dusk to dawn sensors, 6 foot chain link fence with 3 strands of barbed wire on top around the perimeter and additional fence between storage buildings and RV shed, 3 drive gates (front entry, RV storage shed entry, and back gate), 1 personnel walk through gate, Elite Slide Gate Operator and timer, 6 Honeywell dome IR security cameras, 8 channel Digital Video Recorder with remote viewing capabilities, ¼ inch plate steel payment box, John Deere 4400 tractor with 2 size buckets, box blade, and forks, is paved in gravel and a 4‘ x 8‘ metal sign with business name and telephone number. Business opened with 2 buildings (16 - 5X10 and 16 - 10x10 units) in November 2004. We filled up very quickly and added 2 more buildings in June 2005 (24 - 10x10 units).
